My path has grown from many fragments coming together - not to create something new, but to allow what is ready to move. My life has been a continuous unfolding of letting go, learning to trust my intuition, releasing studies and concepts
to discover inner freedom beyond learned structures. So in the end, I keep it simple:

my vita - life - is exactly that: my life.

My work unfolds through constellations and energy work. I use the word constellations simply because I haven’t found a better one, for me it is less about systems and more about meeting what is present. What truly matters answers itself unexpected, beyond the story, beyond the mind. The story is not the focus; it can sometimes serve as a bridge, allowing the mind to let emotions flow and release from the body. From embodied wisdom, a deeper wholeness unfolds.

After working as a social worker, I studied modern and expressive dance in Amsterdam.

A personal crisis led me into Shiatsu and energy work, followed by four years in a Daoist community in the Swiss Alps, where a life-changing energy experience occurred.

For 25 years I have worked with children in Bern, while practicing Taijiquan and Qigong in Europe and China.
Since 2016, my work has been further shaped by seminars with Michael Barnett (Onelife), deepening my connection to the Universal Source.
